Vice-marshal Wiesław Mariusz Raboszuk
Biographical note.
Graduate of the Warsaw Agricultural University, postgraduate of the Management Studies for Public Administration Employees at the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Torun and postgraduate of Public Procurement at the National Defence Academy in Warsaw, faculty of Economics and Logistics.
Since 2000, he holds executive positions in the national and local government, he was a Deputy Director of the Agricultural Policy Department on the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (2000-2001), Head of the Public Procurement of the Independent Mental Health Care Institute in Warsaw (2007-2008) and the Director of the Mazovia Unit for EU Programmes Implementation in Warsaw (2008-2011). He took an active part in the legislative process of law creation – in the Government of the Republic of Poland as well as in Sejm and Senate committees.
Since January 2005 he is a member of the Polish Association of Appraisers of Public Procurement – a consultant, an auditor of internal quality management systems.
Since November 2006 he is a Councillor of the Targówek district in Warsaw, a Vice-Chairman of the Budget Commission and a Chairman of the Development and Environmental Protection Commission.
Since September 2011 he is a member of the board of the Mazovia Regional Hospital limited company in Warsaw.
