The Office of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in Warsaw commits itself to ensure the accessibility of its website in accordance with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities (UDC). The entrance to the building is located on the side of Kłopotowskiego-street, on the corner of Kłopotowskiego- and Jagiellońska- streets.

The door to the building is equipped with an automatic opening mechanism. The door is adapted to the passage of the wheelchair. Opposite of the entrance there is a front desk where you can get help and submit documents. The counter at the front desk is lowered to a height of 85 cm.

In the further part of the lobby there are gates restricting access for customers and a security point. In order to enter the office, it is necessary to make an appointment with a specific employee. In the case of an appointment, upon arrival at the place, you should report to the security officer, who notifies the employee of the need to pick up the client from the lobby.

The accessible toilet is located on the left, behind the door between the front desk and security point.

There are no tactile braille map or sound navigation systems in the building.

Corridors and communication routes

Traffic for customers between the floors is carried out with the help of elevators. Elevators do not give voice messages. 

The corridors are adapted to be accessible on a wheelchair. Corridors are adapted for people with vision impairment or low vision. Glass doors are marked with strips at a height of 90 centimeters and 130 centimeters.

Currently, there are no devices installed to facilitate movement for people with vision impairment or low vision.

The building has a staircase leading to the conference room on the third floor, however, it is possible to enter the room through B entrance. The corridors are adapted to be accessible on a wheelchair. In the building on each floor there are toilets adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

The doors to the rooms are equipped with plates with convex room numbering and braille alphabet.

To enter the part of the building used by the Marshal's Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in Warsaw (entrance B), please contact the information point located at entrance C. Entrance C is located in front of the main gate. This is the main entrance to the building complex, equipped with an automatic door that opens with a button located on the wall to the right. The security stand also serves as an information point and is located on the left, close to the entrance.

At the stairs that lead to the entrance to the building, a platform for wheelchair users is installed. The platform is operated by a security guard. In order to use the platform, you need to stand next to it. As soon as the security guard notices a customer through the camera, he will come out and put on the platform.
