Biographical note.
Graduate of the Department of Law and Administration of University of Warsaw.
Between 1998 and 2002 he was Councillor of the Warsaw District. During next five years he was the Vice-Mayor and the Mayor of the Wilanów Quarter in Warsaw.
Councillor of Mazowieckie Voivodeship and delegate to the General Assembly of the Union of the Voivodeships of the Republic of Poland.
Member of The Wilanów Palace-Museum’s Council.
Member of The Civic Platform.
